Just go to the Camp Forms page. You will see the menu item above click on it and select the form(s) you need. Once they are displayed, they will come up in a separate window or tab depending on you browser, you can print them or save them to your computer.
(Note that the Paintball registration/waiver is now included with the individual application and requires an additional parental signature. This activity is optional and for middle and high school campers only.)
PowerTime Camp 2012 will be June 11-16. We’ll have more information in the next few weeks on themes, speakers, cost, and other details. Look for registration forms to be available the first week of March.
